Hip Flask Rooftop Bar is Bethesda’s highest sky-rise rooftop bar. There is plenty of indoor space with floor-to-ceiling windows showcasing the view – and the outdoor roof deck is ideal for enjoying spring weather and views of the District and Maryland.
