Perspectives on the U.S. Commercial Real Estate Market
May 21: 4:00 pm – 6:30 pm In Person
- This event has passed.
Overview
In the last four years, the U.S. commercial real estate market stared down a one-two punch of a rolling pandemic and a rapid increase in interest rates. Post-pandemic, how Americans work, play, and live shifted geographic preferences, creating winners and losers. Furthermore, news outlets leave us with headlines of large debt funding gaps. However, with threats, there are always opportunities for savvy investors. Where are investors sourcing new opportunities, and how are they expressing their implementation? Which sectors will lead in the current economic environment? Which headwinds are underappreciated? Please join us for a lively panel on these questions and more with our moderator and panelists in the heart of downtown Washington, D.C.
