Certified by GetFive as a Senior Career and Executive Coach, he has developed key aspects of their coach certification curriculum. Rob has also been certified by LinkedIn as a “LinkedIn Professional Recruiter,” and partnered with LinkedIn to train many of their organizational clients on the LinkedIn Recruiter platform.

Recognized by his coaching colleagues for his expertise and thought leadership, Rob has been invited to “coach the coaches” via chapter seminars at the National Career Development Association, the International Coach Federation, GetFive’s Coaches Network, the Mid-Atlantic Career Counselors Association (MACCA) and the Metropolitan New York College Career Planning Officers Association (MNYCCPOA).
Active in non-profits, Rob has served on the board of the Association for Talent Development (ATD-NYC); he also co-led their Career Development SIG for six years. Previously Rob co-led the Career Development arm of the Marketing Executives Networking Group (MENG). Rob’s educational background includes a BS in Economics/Math from Binghamton University and an MBA in Finance from Fordham University. He lives in New York City.
