Our topic will be Mentors, Champions and Sponsors and the importance of these three role models within your own personal Board of Advisors. She will challenge you to identify these critical members of your Brain Trust and share some strategies on how to add more partners to your career success.

Diane joined The Human Capital Group in 2009 to incorporate her network with her keen sense of talent as a Consultant in Executive Search.  She has enjoyed Association Affiliations over the past decade with the Western and Southern Associations of College and University Business Officers in WACUBO and SACUBO, the Forté Foundation, the YMCA, Society of Human Resource Managers and SHRM-Atlanta. She has earned degrees from Marquette University, Miami University and The University of South Carolina as foundations for her role as career connector and educator.
