CFAW’s Annual Golf Tournament is on
September 18, 2026

 

Let’s hit the Links! —CFAW’s annual golf tournament is back on Friday, September 18, 2026, at Stonewall Golf Club! After a fantastic event last year, the tournament continues to grow, and we invite you to join the regional investment management community for a day of outdoor networking and friendly competition.
Start your day as early as 8:00 AM with breakfast and a chance to warm up on the range before the 9:00 AM shotgun start. The tournament will wrap up by 2:00 PM, followed by a lunch and Awards Reception, offering even more opportunities to connect with clients and colleagues.

We’re excited to return to Stonewall Golf Club, home to one of Northern Virginia’s top-rated courses. Nestled along the shores of Lake Manassas, the club offers breathtaking views from the clubhouse and throughout the Tom Jackson-designed championship course. With its rolling fairways, dramatic elevation changes, and eighteen distinctive holes, Stonewall provides a stunning and memorable backdrop for business golf.

Schedule:

📍 8:00 AM – Check-in, warm up at the range, grab a boxed breakfast, and find your golf cart
📍 8:45 AM – Welcome remarks and pre-round announcements
📍 9:00 AM – Shotgun start

📍 2:00 PM – Lunch & Awards Ceremony
📍 4:00 PM – Event wraps up

Nonmember Individual – $300

Nonmember Foursome – $950

 

Inclement weather policy: Play will continue in the event of rain or other inclement weather unless the golf course is deemed unplayable and officially closed by the Club. Wind alone is not considered inclement weather.

If lightning occurs, play may be temporarily suspended until conditions are safe to resume. If play cannot continue due to ongoing lightning or course closure, rainchecks may be issued based on the number of holes completed.

Please note: space is limited this year, capping registration at 76 golfers. Although not all sponsorship levels include comp registration, sponsoring firms will be prioritized to ensure they get one of the 76 spots if desired.

Not a golfer? No problem! You can still be part of the fun by attending the BBQ Lunch & Awards Ceremony with a separate ticket.
